I eat Greek yogurt for breakfast -- fills me up, loaded with protein. Sometimes I'll throw in some fresh berries. About mid-morning when I start to get hungry but it's not lunch time yet, I'll have some kind of protein bar.

One of my favorites: chopped "salad," but not really salad. Chopped up chicken breast (I bake 2-3 at a time and keep them in the fridge), mini cucumbers, grape tomatoes, yellow peppers, baby carrots, blueberries, chick peas, crumbled feta, honey pecans, sunflower seeds, balsamic vinaigrette. Yum.

I've lost over 70 lbs but I still have about 40(+) to go. Comments like this really bother me: "Wow, your belly used to really stick out," or "Your *kitten* used to be so big you waddled!" HelLO...I'm still the same person, just smaller! I still have all the feelings! :'(

Those things you posted just now are ok in small quantities, but they shouldn't make up the bulk of your diet. I took a couple days off -- in the process of renovating my bathroom and carried 17 40lb boxes of tiles from my car up two flights of stairs to my bathroom Saturday -- still sore! Back at it tomorrow...Day 17!

1600 calories for 8 pints of beer seemed low to me, so I looked it up -- it varies a lot, depending on the type of beer. Plus, I'm guessing from your "accent" that you're in the UK? Balance bars are pretty good -- I like the "gold" variety, especially the Caramel Nut Blast...also yogurt honey. Pure Protein are great for protein but only ok in the tasty department. Yes it's "normal." It's not common but it's not "abnormal." It's called extended breastfeeding. Google it. :\ babycenter.com/0_extended-nursing-is-it-for-you_8496.bc 500 calories was spot on for me. I added 500 calories to my daily intake and still lost all the baby weight and then some. It was awesome!
