It looks good to me except that I would be hungry in an hour. I would "fatten" up the wrap with some black beans and/or cheese, and substitute real baked chicken for the turkey bacon. That and a side of fruit (cantaloupe or strawberries or Clementine) would stick with me for 3-4 hours.

I'm no expert but I've had my share of disordered eating and I see an ED therapist once a week. My guess is maybe. Obsessing the way you describe can't be good, and could lead to further restricting to the point that it's unrealistic and unhealthy. I'm seeing my therapist next Sunday...I'll ask what she thinks and get back…

Like others have said, the results of this study are interesting but I wouldn't go changing your workout routine based on it. The sample is too small and specific (20 something males) to be generalized to the public at large.

I still don't get it. I just go to GNC and get their unflavored whey protein powder -- one serving is 110 cals, 2g fat, 2g carb, 2g sugar, 21g protein. I add it to soups, stews, and smoothies, and I can't even taste it.
