I am on Week 1 Month 2 of it. I have lost about 5 pounds but I have lost a lot of inches. I have not followed the meal plan though. GL with you decision! Kelley

We have a family of 5 and we spend around 130 a week/ with the exception of cleaning supplies and dog food. We also have to try and go fresh veggies/fruit and soy free/dairy free for my son. Kelley

I am in... I hit a big milestone of 30 pounds today. I will weigh myself on Aug 19.. i know not quite a month though. I would like to lose 5 pounds, that would put me at 139.

Sounds like pains I have gotten two or three times since starting insanity. Like the previous posters said, it sounds like shin splints. When that happens, I take the day off from all exercise, except walking. I try and keep my shins evalated and with either a cool compress or a heating pad. The heating pad a lot of…

IMO, I think you need to give your body a rest. It could also be in stravation mode with how many calories you are burning, just depends. I am still relivetly new to all this so I hope someone else can give you better advice. GL and keep up the great work! Kelley

I just started week 4. To be honest,I am getting alittle bored with the workout, so I am looking forward to being in recovery week next week. I have heard that the second month is when a lot of changes occur and I cannot wait. Don't get me wrong, I have seen improvements but I am excited to get to the second month! Kelley

Here is mine. I am 5'2, I started at 174 and currently 145. I still have 17 pounds till I hit my goal weight. Great job at your loss! Keep it up!

I had just graduated high school and was visiting my dad in the hospital as he was dying from liver failure (or 40 years of alcoholism and 3 years of eating nothing but beer, depression pills, and chicken broth). I was also trying to get ready for college and taking extreme diet pills so I could be cute at school.

I suffered from bulimia for about 2.5 years. Dropped 30 pounds in two montha. My friends has an intervention for me and all that did wae make me work harder to hide it. It is summer for me (as a teacher) soI work out five to six days a week for one or two hours. I hope to work out atlwast four or five times syill when school starts. It will mean I will have to get up earlier than normal.

Not sure how this relates to eating better but i have found I express gas a lot more than I use. I also use the bathroom a lot more since I drink more water.

I have several... 1.I have not really cleaned my house all summer (kept it straight but no deep cleaning 2. I still love to eat Mcd's... so if I want it, I work out a lot so I can still eat There a few more but I can't post them

I got a mixture of both. A lit of my co-workers are very supportive. I have had a few who started making stupid remarks in "general " but it also happened when I was wearing or doing something I was doing... At firat I took it really hard but now am working on letting it not phase me.

Aww big hugs!!! I turn 30 in 2014 and I can't wait! I had my kids young (21,23,25). They are to tue point where they are a little bit more independent and I feel comfortable focusing on me. By doing so, I feel like I have become a better mother and wife. Keep yiur head up and love your 30's!

I just finshied week 2. I still have to take multiple breaks through the workout. I can't yet do the moving pushups. I started by doing modified pushups during those but now I can do regular pushups, very slowly but I can do it. YAY!
