  • hi... I worked nights for 8 years. I had to make adjustments for my meds and simply switched them to the night hours. depending on what your work schedule looks like and how many nights a week you work you may or may not be able to do that.

  • nothing wrong with being tall. I am the exact opposite. I am only 5'3" rather short these days. when you get to feeling like being tall is abnormal take a look at the models on the cover of most magazines. I am willing to bet money that almost every one of them is close to if not six feet tall.

  • you said you are noticing changes in your body? are they changes for the good? if so don't worry about what the scale says. you have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat. you may be losing the fat and replacing it with lean healthy muscle.
