I had this happen to me. I did Insanity Asylum and lost 6 lbs during the program. I took a recovery week of just Yoga before my second round of regular Insanity and lost 3 lbs out of nowhere. I think Buchesonothi is right that is is water retention, but I haven't gained back the water weight yet.

I've played about 5 hours but because of work and homework I haven't had too much time. This weekend though, oh god I can't wait. We should come up with some kind of workout to go with borderlands. Like before every gun chest 10 jumping jacks. Every quest completed 5 push-ups. lol

At 35% carbs for a 1500 calorie diet you would eat about 131g of carbs. This is still significantly lower than what you have been eating compared to the 200g days. I think 131 is very doable. I'm interested in seeing your results.

I went through your dairy and what works for me is cutting the carbs. On some days you are eating around 200g, but try to stay under a hundred for a week and see if you see any results. You may want to also keep your protein closer to 100g a day too. Drink LOTS of water and avoid too much sodium. Also with Insanity, your…
