i remember watching his documentary on tv in 09... that's so sad to know he gained it back... and really scary to think about (allowing myself to think selfishly for a minute). he was actually living with his trainer, b/c they became such good friends.... i completely understand what he means with not being able to…

u look smokin! congrats! we're about the same... im 5'4 & 136.4 lbs... but i feel like your tummy is more toned than mine. do you do anything specific to target your core?

i read that too, & i believe it, but i know how my mind works and if i don't do cardio right away- i wont do it at all.... so far (44 lbs worth) it's been working!

well mine used to be a lot bigger than what is seen my 1st photo too! that 1st & 2nd photo were taken @ 155 lbs, the others @ 145 lbs, but i used to be 185 lbs! i just don't have any arms pics of when i was that big ...& im sure you can guess why! so it's def not a lost cause for you! good luck :)
