Hi, I'm Maria, turning 36 on Feb. 26 I gained weight after an extremely stressful 2012 and 2013 and want my old self back BAD! :-) I used to love to workout and kept myself fit and healthy up until I hurt my knees training for a 1/2 marathon (which I successfully completed!). This and bunch of other life junk really threw…

LOL I would but quite honestly the food was REALLY good and the BF and I are up for giving the place a second chance sometime in the future

Yeah, that's what I will do. I will consider it a high-calorie day. I have a funny digestive system and possibly food intolerances that make me queasy (too much dairy, too much fat [Ihave no gallbladder]), but I don't often regurgitate even when I eat something that doesn't agree with me unless, like this time, I REALLY…

True. I suppose it won't hurt my efforts that much to just leave it in there and consider it a higher-calorie day. It happens and suppose it's a controversial and slippery slope to "undo" calories after puking as it can lead to disordered eating for some. I've been there! I seem to keep losing and gaining the same 30 pounds for as long as I can remember. I found that I gain when something derails me from working out. Feel free to friend me! Good luck to everyone!

Thanks! You look great BTW! And I know it's not really age. When I was in better shape a couple of years ago I ran the Disney Princess Half Marathon and ran 10-milers every Saturday morning, whereas I couldn't run the required mile in gym class in high school. It's just hard starting from the bottom again I guess.

True I DID not eat 7,000 calories yesterday LOL. Thanks being a voice of reason!

Great idea! I will get myself to the office kitchen for water right now! Thanks!

 So cool! I wish I lived there! Congrats!

Hey! If you're still looking for accountability friends you can add me! I'm in the same boat as you with starting and stopping! I want to succeed once and for all in 2014! Maria

Gosh people really can be terrible :-( You shouldn't lose weight to please bullies and people who can't stand to look at fat people, but use that incident to get healthy and outlive them all! Congrats on the 4 miles!!

Hi! Great question to think about. For me, I've been wanting to lose the extra weight for over a year, but some awful life things happened and I turned to food for comfort. I mean, I turned to cigarettes, weed, and alcohol first, but ditched all those because a piece of chocolate cake took the edge off like no drug out…

Thanks! I hope it takes this time!! Good luck to you too!
