During the holidays I eat what I want and watch portion control. I am not going to deprive myself of something I want. I just make sure not to over do it. I love my gym membership I make it a point to be there for my favorite classes, I have friends there and its my me time. It gets me away from the stresses of home, work, and other things. I can just turn on the music and go all in. No distractions like laundry needing to be done if I was at home, or cooking, or anything.…

PCOS is difficult to deal with in any sense. I have it as well. My weight is a huge problem. Not to mention the inability to actually lose weight because of the PCOS but here we are trying anything to help :) sooo add me if you want. YOu can do this

Only you can say too little or too much. Listen to your body. I will say this. My trainer says if I am not fatiuged after a workout then I didnt push hard enough. She then makes me wish I would have said I was on the next session.

This is the best advice in my opinion. I also drink a glass before meals to help with overeating.

I weigh in once a week, I measure once a month. It helps with the numbers on the scale being lower to see even if I am not losing a ton of weight I am still shrinking in some way.

I have to say I am rooting for the Nucks tonight. That loss will help my Preds in the standings. :)

I listen to my body bottom line. Some days I feel hungry enough and eat almost all of my calories. I log EVERYTHING down to the stick of gum I have. Some days I am not hungry and do not eat them all. There is not a right way or a wrong way. You have to listen to your body in a healthy way.

Love love love them, when I'm going out and want a smooth look in a dress or top or the dreaded chub rub resistance I wear them. Not daily but special occasions I love it especially helps with my spare tire symdrome lol

You can not eat like a bird. You need to eat every 2-3 hours and drink tons of water. Your body will go into starvation mode if you do not fuel it. You dont run a car without gas do you. I know its frustrating but diet is 85% of this journey.
