I was just seeing this is a 9 week challenge. So at mid season break I'm assuming we are done? Will there be a second half to this challenge?

I did the first one on tuesday so that gave me a couple days rest. I already feel the pain and hopefully I can roll out of bed tomorrow LOL

Hello fellow team bether! We can do this because we all super awesome! I have already done the whole video and it seriously kicked my. I am way out shape. But I am doing the video a second time and have gotten half way through, I plan to finish the rest at lunch today.

Hello fellow begininers! I'm completely new to this challenge and just wanted to make sure I'm doing this right. So when I do my cardio and strenght training do I need to post everything I have done here to get the credit or is it already established on my diary?
