I am large framed. Was 210 now down to 195. Only have a cpl pics in my profile to show my progress so far.

I'm also 5'4. My starting weight was 210 & now down to 195. My goal weight is 150-160.

See Im over 190 so your 160 pics is what I'm trying to get too.lol I would say bout 5-10 lbs no more than that because you look great!!

Really looks like you lost more than 12. Your face definitely has slimmed down a lot. :smile:

Like you I am also a "shortie".. I'm 5'4 & have had a c-section also. Seeing your progress & reading your story gives me hope that I can lose all this weight I have accumulated after having 5 babies. You look great & keep up the great work!!!

I have only lost 15 lbs but.... I feel better. I watch my portions now. I can feel a slight change in my pants(a lil loose). When I do my daily walk I don't be out of breath anymore.

Wow!!! This is quite a huge,great transformation. I have had 5 babies so knowing that you had 4 & look this great I know that I can get myself to where I want to be. Thanks!!!!

Right now I only walk a few miles 5 days a week. Looking into buying a bike & treadmill for the days that I can't go out & walk due to rainy weather.
