I like sugar. I need sugar & coffee & creamer. I am a terrible person to live with without it. I will fully admit I am addicted, and PROUD. To perform as a good citizen in society, I need the white bad sugar in my coffee. Plain & simple :)

Thanks ya'll. It's only 3 months away & I'm trying SO hard to be strong for him. :) My mom (wife for 20+ years) just tells me to suck it up. I'll have to try to find a class or something.

My husband and I fight over who is going to read which series next. We are book hoarders :) and are in the middle of 3 different series. Look for book clubs near where you live :) You may be surprised.

:blushing: Thanks ya'll. I am going back to school and hopefully volunteering somewhere to fill all that extra time. I know you are right, especially about not stressing him out. I feel bad whenever I think about it bc he sees and gets upset. That is a good idea. I will definitely try.

Thanks, he leaves for Africa in Oct & will be home May. I just hope I can stay healthy...The rewards is a really good idea. I never thought of that.

Yeah, that is my problem. I am so nervous. I don't want to get sick, but I am worried. It's only him nagging at me about him being hungry that makes me eat. I don't have an ED, I just get so lonely and have no appetite or desire to cook.

I forget to eat. I love to cook for us, but when he is gone (Navy Sailor) I just wanna eat stuff that requires no cooking at all or just not eat. He is also my workout buddy so I don't workout when he is gone. So in essence, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND YOU :)

I ONLY focus on the small victories. If I don't I will forget why I am doing this, I have a goal, NO SCALE, measurements, and a handful of victories. That is all that matters to me. I am improving. :)

BARC (Boxer Animal Rescue Center) will take him but only after ASPCA has had him for 5 days. There is a lady here to get him but we are kinda worried she will use him as training for pit fights. If he isn't taken today by he end of my workday, we will keep him until Thursday, but that is it. I have a 700 sq ft apartment…

Welcome. I am relatively new myself. I can tell you that swimming is the BEST exercise out there. Just 1/2 an hour of leisurely swimming burns 300(ish) cals. Also, Nothing lasts forever :) It will get better.

I eat what I want in moderation. If eat too much of a "cheat" meal and go over my limit, I go BACK to the gym to work it off, everytime. It teaches me discipline and consequences. Yeah, I can have the cookie, but if I eat too much, I work for it. I set a strict limit on what I can and cannot eat. Example, 1 C of coffee ice…

I use the Couch 2 5K app (android) to help me run better. So far, I can run for a half an hour.
