my gym offered one free personal trainer session. I wrote down all the settings and weights she suggested for me and I started from there.

oh u have such a good reason to stay motivated! i lost 25 pounds for my cousin's wedding. just keep your eye on the goal and i'm sure you'll get to the goal weight u want!

you have such an early day but if you could try waking up a little earlier you can squeeze in some exercise there. i also agree with sherry in sharing cooking time with your husband....or maybe even pushing dinner time by a half hour to squeeze in a quick workout.

yeah i'd eat back some of the calories you burned. changing up exercises helps too because sometimes your muscles get used to the exercise your doing and it isn't as effective anymore.

mmm i guess new clothes is an option. I was able to take in my dresses for a wedding and that was an awesome feeling. and i'm starting to fit into clothes i haven't been able o in months, some over a year. another awesome feeling =)

hey welcome to mfp! i'm a professional student myself. I just started my weight loss journey in november in my third year. i gained 20 pounds in undergrad and then 30 in professional school. Its easy to gain weight when you're in school so its awesome that you're trying to get fit now. sending an add your way =)

its pretty normal, but most people do have too much salt in their diet.

i found something i like doing. i enjoy dancing so i do a lot of zumba. i also use the elliptical a lot but i watch a show i like to keep up with while i'm doing this so i'm not constantly thiking about how much time i have left. the key is finding something u enjoy. keeping a goal helps too like "i want to lose this much…

like everyone said, its one meal. it won't affect your weight loss journey. just keep at it and stay strong thru the stress!

I get the feeling. Try setting a goal weight attached to a certain date. Like a birthday or in my case my cousin's wedding so everytime u think about lapsing u think na uh want to be around this weight for my birthday or cousin's wedding etc. it's working for me =)

Some people also set goals in increments and later change them.
