Weigh In Day: Saturday Week: 4 PW (Previous Weight): 188.4 CW (Current Weight): 187.8 Finally a little progress on the scale! I have noticed that my clothes are a little looser so maybe I'm losing fat and gaining muscle from the 2 a day workouts. I will know when I go do my BMI test in 3 weeks.

@minstrelofsarcasm I haven't been posting my steps :( I do at least 40K a week. Not that it makes a difference, I do them without the challenge. I'm having a hard time seeing the information. I must not be using this forum correctly.
