  • As you lose weight, your metabolism can slow down as it doesn't take as many cals to keep your body running. Increasing muscle will increase this number, but does add weight. Where you are isn't bad, but more of a calorie deficit may be needed to lose more.
  • Perfectly fine to go over protein. That should be the thing you're going over on. Watch out for other things in animal products though, like saturated fat. That's a bad thing to go over by too much (raises LDL or bad cholesterol)
  • Hey. My weight loss goal is similar, 200 to 160. Doesn't sound like you're doing anything strange.. my net Cal intake is much lower, like under 500, and I'm still alive haha

  • I'm trying to work up endurance. 20 mins was the longest I jogged without stopping and my heart rate was over 190 lol.
