Welcome to this site, and good luck with the weight loss. I so know how you feel. I want to lose, and do not want to be that skinny. I am 5'2", and weigh about 144. To me, this is too heavy. Best of luck to you.

I am not too good about figuring out fat and calories. But, I do watch what others are eating and I think to myself..."OMG, they are eating all that crap. No wonder why they are fat".

I am greatful that you are alive also. I definitely know your pain. I had a bad accident in April of 2007, and was not able to do anything, and was hardly able to walk. I pray for a speedy recovery for you. Keep us updated on how you are doing.
