I plan for an evening snack. I usually eat Kroger Carbmaster yogurt with 1 T of sliced almonds. Works for me! I have to eat something before going to bed, b/c I wake up hungry during the night if I don't.

I sometimes use protein powder with berries. Makes a pretty filling snack. I also like Muscle Milk Light.

A piece of fruit and a low fat string cheese makes a pretty filling snack with few calories. Keep up the good work!
