I have the polar FT4 and I love it. I'm not sure whether it's the best or not, but I have been very pleased with it so far.

Yes, it is Jillian Michael's 30 day shred program. I am in the middle of it now and she seriously does kick your butt! But I love it!

I just made these and they were delicious!! I left out the nutmeg because i don't like it and replaced it with a little extra cinnamon. I also used Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt. My batch came out to 10 pancakes and I am 100% sure I will be making them again and again!
