I completely understand, I gained 2 pounds after 2 weeks of being faithful to my diet and moderate exercise! Thinking of getting my thyroid checked out, but kind of worried about the cost.

I find it's cheaper, because it's more satisfying and fills you up easier/longer. So you don't go through food as quickly, therefore you don't need to constantly go shopping. Cutting back on the dining out helps also, as we all know.

Definitely a HUGE plus if it's included, and helps me make better decisions. I enjoy eating out when I can include it in my calorie budget (HUGE fan of Applebee's WW menu and their healthy menu with the calories listed) but at the same time, I will also use the mobile app to look things up and factor it in as well. Great topic, glad to see that! My mom has issues with having such a limited amount of calories, so I am going to show this to her so she can see that she can still eat plenty of food and stay within her range. Thanks so much for sharing!! :)

I started it about a month ago myself and fell of the wagon. Starting again this Monday and sticking to it, while my cousin does her fitness regimen given to her by her track coach. We're going to motivate each other to get through our respective workouts.

Well if you have it in moderation and keep it within your calorie budget then sure, you can have that stuff. If you go overboard and go over the limit of calories, it will be a problem.

Yeah, don't be a Carrie Bradshaw about it (quite possibly the most irritating TV character EVER), but definitely keep communication lines open. Like we all said though, it sounds like it went well! And yeah, in LA it's hard to know who to trust so being weary is going to happen.

Love them!! My favorites are: BBQ, sour cream & onion, cheddar and the parmesan & garlic. would love to try the others as well, especially sweet potato and jalapeno! perfect side to a sandwich for a quick and yummy lunch!

One thing I would suggest for an alternative would be instead of celery and peanut butter, try celery and hummus. Unlike PB, hummus comes in a variety of flavors so you can change it up whenever you're sick of a certain flavor. Of course I'm not saying spread hummus on your toast instead of PB (Though you could) or dip…
