I would be cautious of your fat intake, revise macros to show sodium and increase protein. Keep at it and know our bodies fluctuate. Great accomplishment to date.

Stick with the strength training! Muscle weighs more but will benefit you in many health aspects over the long haul and burn more calories. Good but with recipes I try to use minimally for others who can add it on the side if needed according to their taste. Besides I notice a considerable difference in retention and bloat when my consumption is on the higher side -personal preference.

Make healthy snack options like homemade protein bars or black bean protein brownies, eat a 90 calorie fiber bar, pre-portion a snack like trail mix so I don't feel guilty to eat too much. Making a nice cup of soothing hot tea with a little honey usually helps.

Sodium is way to high which will cause water retention and bloating and quite high on the carbs if not providing intense workouts to counter balance them for refuel. I would definitely suggest getting checked by the doctor but the only thing I would avoid is pineapple juice first thing in the morning especially on an empty stomach since it is acidic. If that is something new you may not have consumed before, it could be that. Don't know. Trial and error but would get seen if persists.
