A friend did numerous research for me and suggested the following that I purchased, Ultimate Flora probiotic. 25 billion live cultures per capsule. 10 probiotic strains and supports digestive and immune health as well as vaginal and urinary health.

Want it bad enough. Give yourself constant pep talks. Set small goals so it's not overwhelming. Put in the effort and be excited about the results to keep you wanting to keep doing it. Do it for your health and well being as a lifestyle change vs. a quick diet. You will reap the rewards :)

I would go with the Grilled Chicken salad, Grilled blackened salad, Ceasar Salad or wings naked with sauce on the side if possible. Besides, unless you are waiting for a time bomb to go off, the sodium is a killer. Either that or write it off as a good time, enjoy and intensify the post workouts :D

Diary not open. But sounds like you are not eating enough. Eating under that amount of calories with that type of workout is not substantial.

I wouldn't quit it all at one time to risk any cravings or withdrawals especially if you are scared of binging as previously experienced. It is not worth it. The sugar is not killing you or hurting you unless you are diabetic and told medically that you need to remove it at all cost from your diet. In my personal opinion I…

I would go with the looks good and smells good advice, but at the same time depending what it is, I wouldn't push more than 5 days to be sure not to have any adverse reactions :cold_sweat: . The fresher the better

Welcome! I have been on for 1401 days ~ every day and in maintenance but as this is a healthy lifestyle journey, I would be glad to help in any way.

You will hear alot about people's versions of eating clean. My version of clean eating would be for you to eat more fresh grilled, broiled, boiled or baked chicken and turkey vs. lunch meat with tons of pre-packaged preservatives and sodium. Also I would eat more egg whites or eggs scrambled or oatmeal and protein powder…

So good and a good alternative to other fast food options as a quick fix, but the downfall is the sodium.

I can't get passed the statement, "So I gave up on working out until I get my eating under control". This makes absolutely no sense! ...and I apologize if it fuels my response. Exercise is necessary for your health & well being despite your indulgences! As for you ~ you are in control of what you put in your mouth. As for…

I would start by doing any physical activity such as walking, bike riding, treadmill, basic dancing around or aerobics. Parking further away, takig the stairs or doing some lunges. Google basic beginners workouts. There are tons of free workouts available!!!! Pick some that are fun~make it fun. Calories in vs. calories out…

Trying adding a tablespoon of strawberry preserves or with apricot preserves.

Consider a lifestyle change of an incorporation of healthy eating rather than going on a diet (which won't last long term). Moderation is key. I would die if I didn't have Chinese or removed alcohol from my diet ~ lol :D

You all look amazing. Don't know how to post pics but 5'10". Started at 235 and got down to 152 but felt to thin. Focused on building muscle and getting lean and not worrying so much about the number but how I feel. Maintaining around 160 and feeling fit and fabulous. Feel free to look at before in profile.

Age is just a number and in the eye of the beholder. It being hard only contributes to how much effort you are putting forth. Congrats on the progress so far. Keep working at healthy changes and incorporate exercise as much as you can and you will continue to see progress~promise!

You are in control of you. Do this for you and your husband may decide he will want to make some healthy lifestyle changes following your success. I'm sorry he is not so supportive of your desire to be healthy. Keep a picture and/or positive quotes to drive you and give you support and motivation. Eat throughout the day…

You have to want to change. Would be happy to help. I felt the same way and it took splitting my pants to realize I was done with being huge. This site is amazing. Use it with honesty and it does work. I lost over 80 pounds and have kept it off for 3 years now. Start slowly and understand that it is not a diet but rather a…

Diary not open but look at things closely and you will usually see where your downfall is. Too much fat, carbs, sodium etc. Be careful of pre-packed foods, can foods or items high in sodium as leads to bloatness and retention. Be honest to your logging and portions of everything. Exercise daily and with both there will…

Obviously there is something that is going to happen that you are in a rush to lose weight in 10 weeks. You need to remember that healthy changes will become a healthy lifestyle vs. a diet. In the meantime, if it is that important to you that it happen in 10 weeks and you follow MFP set guidelines, a healthy loss would be…

Elise, I am saddened to hear that you are getting no support from your fiance'. Your happiness and your attempt to be healthy is most important. Him wanting to keep you big is scary to hear and sounds as though he is controlling by thinking that if you were more fit that you would leave him which sounds overprotective and…

You can use MFP or there's several of them online such as: www.acaloriecalculator.com/calories-burned-calculator or www.shapesense.com/.../activity-based-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx, https://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc(etc.)

Diet not open. May be more to this than the dairy. Watch your sodium and be sure to be careful of your portions too. I do both full and low fat. All in preference. Most full fat cheeses and sour creme but out of preference eat low fat yogurts and skim milk. Combination of either hadn't hindered over 80 pounds of weight…

Feel free to add me Jena and welcome.

Not sure if I missed it above. Do you have any reactions after eating eggs. Good source of protein. Sorry to hear of this too. Great advice given to try.

Not sure if I missed it mentioned but curious if you have a reaction to eating eggs. Good source of protein there. So sorry to hear of this. Good ideas above to try as well.

Try to avoid or limit pre-packaged, processed and canned foods and opt for fresh. To me less sodium makes a huge difference in how I feel. Try to bake or grill chicken or lean meats for a few days to incorporate into mini meals such as a salad with grilled chicken, chicken salad, chicken burrito with fixins, chicken with…

Oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder

Maybe just a protein shake or smoothie will be a better option on the late nights. Your choice sometime before or after if preferred.

Look at my unhealthy fat picture and know that I am not going down that road. Need to be an example for my daughter in living a healthy lifestyle.
