Spinache, (SPOG-salt, pepper, oregano, garlic) & feta cheese

Cottage cheese with a tablespoon or so of preserves. Favorites are strawberry or apricot preserves. Yum~

Welcome and congrats on 65# so far. That's wonderful~

I usually try to eat a kellog's fiber bar every day or so for additional fiber in addition to my healthy eating and daily exercise and when there is a feel of irregularity, it is usually cured for me with a big bowl of shredded wheat cereal :)

The ones I dream about at night o:)

Ask your friend what sides she is going to have as you would like to bring something. If she says things you don't want to hear like maybe potato salad or macaroni salad as maybe you don't want the extra carbs or starches, you can then opt to bring a garden salad or veggie platter or corn on the cob or coleslaw. Eye ball…

I have lost over 80 pounds as well and feel your enthusiasm and see it in your smile. Lovely to see your before and after. Beautifully done! You will be an inspiration to many!

Bottom line is children are so impressionable and eating their vegetables is so important for them! They lead by example and sadly due to your husbands expression of not liking them or expression of not having to eat them has lead the children to be picky at 1 & 3 which is just unacceptable to me. I would cook the meat or…

Be happy to be friends & help to motivate and support. All the best,

1 to 2 pounds per week is healthy & you will most likely be able to keep it off with continued healthy eating & exercise. It appears you are making healthy choices, yes, but I would agree with previous replies to increase your calorie intake a bit. Under 1,000 calories per day are not substantial for healthy weight loss.…

Happy Day to you. Definitely celebrate. Either enjoy & know the next day is a new day. Personally, if I knew I was being taken out, I would go for the eat light breakfast & enjoy dinner & have a piece of cake or something to make a wish. Even better if it could even be shared. Once when I ate with the family at home I told…

That's what I have. Work with your doctors and referral to endo for appointment to do labs and necessary tests to know exactly what is going on and for proper dosage of meds and steps to control it. In the meantime, eat healthy and do what you can do comfortably with your energy and exercise (listen to your body) & don't…

Not in Omaha but feel free to add me for support. Yes, entering data into MFP helps to keep you accountable and you will get out of it what you put in to it honestly. Congrats on finding your way back. Good luck.

When I kept losing, I started to slightly increase my calories until I noticed I was staying the same. I knew then more or less how many calories or what I can consume now with my daily exercise regimen & it all balances out. If I splurge for holidays as stated or birthday etc. and eat more or notice a slight increase, I…

I am 5’10” & maintain just above your current weight. At first I set a goal weight but funny that weight goal changed time and time again until I realize it was more about how I felt and looked than the number on the scale. I incorporated strength training along with healthy eating and exercise and all-in-all, I am more…

Diary not open. Sounds like eating too little or too much sugar or processed food. Maybe even not hydrated enough. Would have suggested eating something else. Hope you feel better today.

I don't indulge like it's my last weekend or meal on earth (lol). I try to maintain some composure but fit in some food items I may not prefer I eat during the week, a yummy meal or a treat & still try to fit in activity. After eating healthy I may sometimes treat myself to an indulgence but my body let's me know afterward…

I always grill boneless breast of chicken on the bbq. The leftovers can be made into numerous variations, good for several days and make pre-planning so easy. One day may be fresh chicken with a sweet potato and side of veggie like mixed vegetables or broccoli/cauliflower. Next day may warm it up in a pan and place it in a…

Right there with ya sister. I'm gonna be 45 in August. Keep a before pic handy and keep looking to see how far you've come. You look amazing! Use that to fuel your continued journey and reason to look forward to the healthiest you ever!

If you are loving it, keep doing it. I would give it some time to see if your goals are being met and you're able to see positive results in your body transformation and definition or reduction in body fat as you are hoping for along with your diet. If so, then it's a win, win. If not, time to reassess.

I would say eat before because sounds like you're really not sure what the procedure is going to entail. They will give you something to numb the area and probably prescribe an RX/pain pill. The dentist office will direct you on what is best to eat afterward during the recovery. All depends. Good luck to you.

If you could get up 30 minutes earlier at 7:00 a.m. & workout for 30 minutes you could get exercise out of the way. Anything extra you would fit in to the day would be a bonus! I grill on the weekends & eat leftovers for the next couple of days just warming up a side or vegetable. Pre-planning and preparing your meals in…

Yes, very creative. Thanks for sharing. I think the next time my daughter asks for a banana with her cereal, I am going to serve it to her that way and not say anything and see what her expression is...giggles.

I was. I'm 44 and lost 40 x 2 but would be more than happy to continue to support as I am on every day.

Calories in vs. out~so they could melt while you're tanning depending on what you consume :)...I could gain 10 lbs on a vacation so I try to fit in some healthier choices to compensate for my splurges since it is vacation. For example, when I went away I opted for jelly on 1/2 bagel with an egg white omelete or eggs…
