Bumma, Great, Grandma, Gramma, Nona, Nonie, Gram, Oma, MeMa we also do the Grandma {firstname} or Grandma {lastname} it's also acceptable to put "Great" in front of Grandma, but we don't find it necessary to add it in front of the other nick names.

NO, that would be a whole other side of crazy that I don't want to see myself reach. TYVM. I do, however, make sure they eat a balanced meal and limit sweets, sugary drinks and just in general try to make sure they have good eating habits- eat only @ the table, only eat at specified times during the day, make healthy…

I think that counts to some degree. :) Don't be afraid to try something from scratch- It is rewarding to know YOU CREATED THAT, and there were no boxes involved.

Good attitudes are great- also not beating up on themselves...it gets hard to bear when someone is all "why oh why can't i lose the weight, get motivated, change, blah blah.." SImply: It is okay to workout in whatever fashion you deem. Upper/ Lower Upper only Lower Only What is not okay is to STOP WORKING OUT. that's when you STOP SEEING RESULTS. Just do what feels good (wait...um.... )..... Also, if your lower needs more work- WORK IT! ;)
