  • I am currently entering SHRED in exercise diary as circuit training. I read that each level has a warm-up, a cool-down and 3 circuits that are made up of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of abs. Planning to get a HRM to get an accurate reading of calories burnt.
  • I started SHRED level 1 day1 today. Managed to complete the entire set, but have no clue how to enter it in the diary. Would be happy to join the gang. I also want to know the number of repeats for each of the exercise..like how many times of jumping jack per set??.
