My coach has me do a long bike followed by a long run brick a couple times leading up to longer races. This is solely so that I can dial in my nutrition in a controlled environment. Other than that it's always short run bricks.

Those pesky sensors. I was going to say I had similar issues with mine, spikes, or complete drop outs. Another recording device had no issues with the same HRM strap so Garmin replaced my 920.

I've typically just been using this to log my exercise, but it's time to get serious about my food as well. It'd be nice to have someone who's also active and open about this stuff. Going to throw an add your way.

Sat I've arranged for my wife's best friends to kidnap her, take her out for a spa morning and then lunch after while I am home with our son. Sunday I'm support/cheerleader for my wife as she does a triathlon.

@Kvm11628 Star Tours was ok, what was really cool though was the gift shop after where you could design your own light saber, or your own droid lego. Launch Bay was fun to see all the models and have the jawas try to steal stuff from you.

My setup is very similar to hers. Speedfill on the down tube for hydration, XWING with gorilla cages, mini bag in the XWING, and a mezzo bag under the XWING if I'm on a longer training ride so I can have a couple of tubes. When it comes to race time I pull the mezzo bag off.

A very expensive addiction.
