I felt the exact same way! I did Level 1 for 2 weeks - until I could get through Level 1 with the non-modified versions of the exercises. I had the Lap-Band surgery done almost 5 years ago, and if I could go back I would have never done it. Personally, it didn't work for me. Granted, it helped me drop about 50 pounds, but then I ran into some severe complications and actually developed bulimia. Currently, the band is completely loose and I plan to leave it…

One of my biggest pet peeves! I usually start yelling "Oh gee, i didn't know they made ::insert car make here:: without turn signals" and then I crawl right up on their *kitten*. I have a severe case of road rage :bigsmile:

I eat them when I want a bit of chocolate and am having gastro issues. For me, that's frequent and these little buddies will help you out. Overall they're not terrible, but there has to be a better way, LOL!

Metro Detroit area here. And exercise in the cold? Ha - stationary bike in my basement is a godsend. Plus DVDs (including Jillian Michaels) to kick my *kitten* :wink:

You definitely need to see someone and talk about the depression/suicide issues. I had the same thing and i've been seeing a great therapist for years. It helps SO much! Also, I hate going and doing anything in public as well. If you can't do it anywhere except in your room with a computer, try some DVD's - walking, yoga,…

You definitely need rest days. Just for your body to heal and get used to the work. I asked my brother (fitness fanatic) the same thing when I started working out. He told me not to go more than 4 days of working out in a row, max. That way you'll still be working out at least 5 days a week. Just my thought! Hope it helps!…
