You are not eating enough, especially if you're not eating exercise calories back. Eat more! (And honestly, you can eat fried foods and things that are considered 'not healthy' and still lose weight. Just keep it minimal) > Eat more > Move more > Eat those exercise calories > Lose weight healthily :D

First thing I did was watch my calories and drink more water. Eventually cut off any other drinks Then made healthier choices And now I'm moving more c: EDIT: 23 of those lbs below me, was only from watching my calories and drinking water.

Be in the 'healthy' BMI range.

I think you need to eat more. I weight about 100 lbs less that you and I'm still eating way more than 1,200. I'm on 1,700. Go back to your original count and I think you'll see it drop again. :)

What's funny is this just happened to me the other week. It's okay Put that one day behind you now, and remember, if you do give up, you're gonna keep all these sick feelings you have right now. That's how I got back on track. Took me about two weeks to do it, but I did it. And when you do get back on track, remember it's…

Well, you see, Nolan didn't really follow the comics either. And he killed off a bunch of good characters. And the ending to TDKR was just... I can't see that happening in the real Gotham city. No real boy wonder. It's just. Eh. It's a good story on it's own. I like it I do. But if you're comparing it's accuracy it might…

Oh thank goodness!

Oh, nonono. Have you read the comic Nolan based that trilogy off off? Nothing like it :c It's cool, but it doesn't cut it as a real batman movie for me. The (animated) Dark Knight returns part 1&2 has so many feels! ;~; If you haven't watched it. Do so

Mostly DC But not so much the new 52. Maybe if I kept up with it more lol I've recently got into Marvel pretty well :) Love Marvel movies, they're always better than DC which is sad. DC would be EPIC if they made movies like Marvel.

I have a 'running (jogging), 5 mph (12 minute mile.)' option if I type in 'run', But I think that's the only closest I see. EDIT: Look into heart rate monitors for next time, they'll tell you how many calories you burned and the you can just enter it in as your own exercise too :D

Try a monokini :D There's a bunch of different kinds of designs.

The first thing you need to remember is that this isn't a diet. Diets get you nowhere. This is a change in your lifestyle, to be healthier :) I think that kind of thinking will help improve your late night cravings, because with a diet, comes restriction. But with a lifestyle change, you're allowed to give yourself…

Youtube videos DVDs 2 3lb weights And a small kit I bought for like 10 or 20 bucks from walmart. It came with several resistance bands. It hooks to your door and you can do lots of different things with it. Good buy, I think. Oh, and the outside.

To lose weight- Food. To lose fat- it's a team effort And cardio and strength is also a team effort. Bottom line, do it all.

Like everyone else said, start on the wall, then chairs then stairs then floors :D I'm trying to learn how to do push-ups too! But don't do sit ups, if you don't have good form you can hurt yourself and it is SO hard to do it right. BUT In this Ygoa video, she does a move that she said is a good alternative for sit-ups…

A lot of the time (especially if your friend is also big) It's just that your friend feels guilty for not doing what you're doing. Whether they actually mean to be like that, or not, varies. Your friend probably just doesn't understand how it seems so easy for you to make the changes you have and she can't or won't

There are flavored teas that still have no added calories and such :D I'm currently drinking a lemon green tea that I got as a reward from my TOPS group. No calories and I need no sweeteners :D

DQ small vanilla cone. 230 calories. That's about the size of my normal breakfast :brokenheart:
-
As long as it fits into my calories, I'll let myself have that pizza or cookie (Or cookies). And if that means I can do it every day (which most days, it really does) Then I'll do it everyday

Okay, slow your roll, first off lol. 4 lbs in a months is good. That's about a lb a week which is the recommended .But. The second month if you continued the same routine, you put yourself on a plateau. I hear that your exercise should be switched up about every month (or when you start to plateau (or gain in your case) I…

Unless you're obese, then I don't think drinking more will do much Unless it's really cold, you'll burn a few bonus calories drinking cold water lol
-
Not really. Everything is an estimate. Do you really think each homemade cookie has exactly 170 calories? As long as you're not way under, I say don't worry about. Edit because I really need to learn how to read all the things: Do try to eat back your exercise calories. As much as you can. It really help you feel…
-
You should try to eat back your exercise calories, otherwise you're not leaving enough for your body to do normal functions (like breathing) You'll wear yourself out lol. Try to eat heavy in the morning (Like in breakfast) and lighter in the evening. By time evening rolls around, I don't think you'll have that hungry…

I find that if I eat two eggs I go over my cholesterol levels. I don't eat eggs often, nor is my cholesterol ever very high, so idc if I do go over every once in a while. Ah- but, find out what your levels should be. If you find that you go over, just use 1 yolk and 2 egg whites :)

Go to a doctor/dietitian/nutritionist. Let them figure out if you really do have an ED Then listen to their advice :)

Helpful advice: Maybe open your diary and I can give you some pointers. Not advice at all : You failed Maybe you didn't mean it to be mean, I can understand that. It's difficult to translate 'emotions' in typing and words on a screen. But it wasn't advice.

Lol 0's are red, I just realized that! MFP should make new colors. Add in yellow or something for when you go over by a little bit. And make protein and fiber red, until it goes over the recommended amount

No, she didn't fail. She made a mistake. (a small one at that.) You only fail when you stop trying.

The only time you need to hate the red numbers is if they go up to your deficit. Going over by a few isn't going to hurt you one bit. I think the average deficit is 500 calories? So If I'm allowed 1,300 calories to lose 1 lb per week, it's not gonna hurt me to eat 1,400 calories one day. I still have a 400 calorie deficit…
