When I make Spaghetti, I have to cook corn and put it in my spaghetti (on my own plate-husband don't like it ) Not sure why but I will not eat spaghetti unless it has corn in it. Also, I don't like it cooked in it-I like it crunchy. I know, I know I'm so odd. lol

For people who have winco in the area-the Hy-top wheat bread is also 90 calories for two slices. I love sara lee bread though-glad to hear it comes in low cal!!

For the last week I have been adding my food the night before, it helps me from going over on anything-I was always going over on sugar or sodium. Now I just plan out what I am gonna eat and it has helped me a lot. If you do it this way you can do it after the kids go to bed. Good luck!

This probably sounds silly to everyone else but the other day when I was walking into the store I looked down and all I could see was my breasts NOT my stomach! I don't know how many years it has been since that my stomach didn't stick out further then my breasts! This was a huge deal to me!

Does it feel the same as it does when you have a really bad cold down in your chest/lungs? I'm not sure what it is but I get it too-and I hate it cause after I workout I cough really hard my chest is tight like I have pneumonia. I'm thinking it is Asthma, I'm gonna go in to the doctor next week and talk to him about it.

If you have a bbq or a geroge foreman (or some kind of inside grill) You could grill up a few boneless chicken breasts and have meals for through out the week. You can slice one up and put it in a green salad. Make chicken tacos (whole wheat tortilla, low fat cheese, tomatoes, avocados, low fat sour cream-whatever you want…

I have one (but want to get more) right inside bicep (well will be a bicep in a few months lol) It is a awareness ribbon. Black Melanoma(skin cancer) ribbon that goes into a heart-red heart in the middle with a "G" in the middle of the heart. My grammy was dying from Melanoma, so it was a tribute to her-she passed away one…

Today had been awful for me-I have been making good food choices BUT I have been starving all day long. I am eating the same food I always do-so it is not that I am not getting enough food. I'm not talking about being hungry all day but the feeling you get when you haven't ate in hours and your stomach is talking to you.…

haha love it!

I do not use the recipes-just the basic guidelines (the plate method-low carbs-low sugar..that type of thing) I had lost 80lbs following it.

My best advice is follow the American diabetes associating for eating(you can find all the info on there website)-Low carb, low sugar, small portion size. Even if you are not diabetic is is great for women with PCOS, especially since you are at high risk to be come type 2 diabetic. Hope that helps-good luck! Feel free to…

I know if I cut out the foods I love the most completely, I will set my self up for failure. So, instead I limit them and use portion control. Like chips in my BIG down fall, had not had them in over a month and I sent my husband to the store yesterday to get those little bags of chips for his lunch. What does he come home…

I would see about getting a referral to a nutritionist. They can help you way more then a primary care can. Good luck!
