I have to lose a lot as well, 100 til I'm just obese and then 30 more til I'm in the healthy range. Ugh those numbers feel so daunting! So small goals every pound counts! Feel free to add me!

I did Turbo Jam this summer and started CLX yesterday. I love weights! I lost 30 pounds on another program 6+ years ago and kept it off until I had some major life changes! (knee injury, marriage, baby and divorce all in 2 years!) I love Chalene!

Keep it up! There is a HUGE difference in your belly and I can see it in your arms too! I know it can be easy to let things slide but keep focusing on that goal!
