You need to speak to your doctor. The lining does not actually build up the same way it would normally without birth control. The hormones in the nuvaring basically tell your body not to prepare for pregnancy. When you bleed during the week that u remove the nuvaring, it is a withdrawal bleed and not an actual period.

Yes, I am having the SAME problem! Mine says 0 as well. I've tried logging in and out, unsyncing and then resyncing, etc. It happened to me yesterday as well. Kept changing back to 0. Today, it has said 0 all day, even thought my fitbit app says I have over 2000 steps. Very annoying and I don't know how to fix it either.…
