I have a 2 year old labradoodle who is the same, has the be the leader! We bought a halti that goes around her muzzel and tightens when she pulls, she learned how to walk with it pretty quickly (1-2 walks), we have never looked back, its not cruel at all. I can now go running with her and take her when I go out on my bike.…

Thats funny, I was bored last night and flicked through the channels and stopped on this channel and did a strength programme, I quite enjoyed it so I have put a few more programmes on sky+ to record through the day

I'm a little late joining this challenge, here goes: This week I will burn 2000 calories (gym, cycling and walking) Drink 4 pints of water per day 5 x fruit/veg per day Between now and the end of August I would like to lose 1.5lb a week

My NSV for the day is being comfy in a pair of work trousers that were...yes, far too tight! and my 1 hour gym sessions getting easier, with a 20 minute run keeping my heart rate where is needs to be I will get there!
