Thanks guys! I'll take a look at your diaries! I've never thought about putting fruit into a salad, that might be interesting! I'm thinking about wraps, just often the wrap it's self can be high calories!

I'm male, and even I have tried doing it? It actually started to work but then I just ate and ate so it stopped working! I might start doing it again though, it's hard work.
