I started at 220 and am now at 212.8. Ultimately, I'd like to be around 155, but that number is too big and daunting for me. So I'm breaking my goals down into smaller chunks of weight loss. My first goal is to get under 200 :) Feel free to add me. We can do this!

I drink sparkling water in place of soda, and I think it's fine to drink. I've really developed a taste for it. My new scale is supposed to arrive from Amazon today, and I'm going to join the gym! Have a great day, everyone!
