My cheat day every other Friday. I only cheat after lunch. Everything before is healthy. When I cheat I still enter what I eat in the app and I try to stay under 2200 cal and 50 grams of fat.:drinker: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/8987-serious-diet-support-group

I love apple slices sometimes I buy organic ones from Costco. They are so overpriced but really good.
