My mini goals for today is to try and do the entire JM 30DS...may have to take a break or pause the DVD but I would love to get through it completely. Also, moving slow today in drinking my water...only had two cups so I guess I'll add getting in 11.2 more cups of water as another mini goal.

Yes, I have the same problem w/the weekends, especially if I'm out shopping. I was still able to stay w/in my calories but I didn't put much thought into what I ate nor did I try to see that I had any fruits or veggies. I think if I plan out my meals for the weekend and make sure that I eat & get full before I leave out…

Great advice everyone...I suffer w/my shins hurting for about the first 15 minutes of me walking and then it goes away. I think I'll go out and buy some arch support insoles along w/doing the alphabet rotation and icing them. Hope this helps. Good luck to everyone!

I did it...I finished W1D3, just at a slower pace but I did it & it feel so good, although it hurted so bad...one of those bitter sweet moments.:smooched:

I have the same problem. For the first 15 minutes of me walking or running my shin hurts so bad I wanna just stop but I know it will go away. So I just slow it down until it stops hurting and then pick up my pace. I guess I should stop by a running store to see what they suggest for me to do. Let us know what they…
