fantastic ideas! i wonder if a fiber supplement (like benefiber or citrucel) would work? since fiber is supposed to make you feel full...? and these don't have much in the way of calories.

i'm new here too - what is the valentines day fitness challenge? i could sure use some incentive (make that light a fire under my butt!) :wink: still have 10 lbs. to go, so i'm off to do stretch & tone with my fitness TV "personal trainer" before everyone comes home!

i bought some ghiardelli 60% dark chocolate chips and find that if i eat 3 or 4 of them, it's enough of a treat that i don't feel shamed or deprived.

Hi Tonya, Boy can I relate! It seems like one meal = my entire day's worth of calories! Especially on weekends and socializing. My only suggestion would be to try taking very small portions of everything and drinking lots of water... As for people having a hard time consuming their daily calories -- I think it depends on…
