  • Ha ha! We can't all get hold of that though, so have to resort to work out DVD's!
  • Tae Bo! I love it and never get bored with it, which is handy or I'd be sitting on the sofa eating crisps.
  • I'm having red snapper with roasted cauliflower and broccoli - yum. No starch tonight, i don't deserve it!
  • Cheese, English crisps ie. Monster munch, quavers, hula hoops, candy, ohhh jelly beans, I miss cheese so much! I get inspired to work out to earn a glass of red wine or two!
  • Hi there! I think the secret is to not have it in the house in the first place. If I buy chips, sweets, cheese, I'll eat it all, I can't stop thinking about it! If it's not there, I'll eat carrots or celery and some hummus. I miss cheese so much! x
  • Wow, that's a great story, I feel inspired by him and I've never met him! Send him my love from the Caribbean! Jo x
  • My knees were so bad I had to use sticks to get around, I was 38 when they started hurting. I'm 41 now. No one could figure out what was wrong, I have been to physio etc etc, x-rays, knees look normal. I worked on yachts so never wore shoes, so my arches fell and my knees turned in. Now I can run! This is what I did, take…
  • I had a toasted brie and ham baguette the other day, it was sooo good. Not that it's really junk food, I am just not used to it now. It took me hours to stop feeling sick afterwards, so never again! I'll stick to hummus and feta next time!
  • Well done! I lost 20lbs too, everyone is shocked when they see me, in a good way! I still have some belly fat to go, but am still motivated! Tae Bo is great for me.
