Hey! Yes, there is absolutely someone in EVERY video modifying EVERY move. They don't do the high impact of every workout, but they definitely keep the high intensity. Don't worry about not getting a fantastic workout by modifying! :smile:

I have the opposite problem! I can't seem to hit my protein goal, but I hit everything else. I eat foods like: protein powder, greek yogurt, egg whites, lean meats, etc. I don't know what to eat that won't make me go over my calorie goal. Any ideas?

I have a HR monitor, and I'm definitely glad I did because I would have been severely overestimating the number of calories I burn every workout.
