Had a really sh1tty run today. This was my last day for an interval run (week 6 day 2)...praise Jesus Joseph and Mary. I ran through the intervals anyway though. Just don't dig em. got a side stitch toward the end that damn near sidelined me. But if you're not dead you should be moving...thus I finished. It wasn't pretty…

As previously mentioned, I'm not doing anymore intervals. So I did Week 6 Day 1 and ran all the way through for a total of 23 1/2 minutes. Still feeling weak and dizzy from that stomach bug. It feels like I have vertigo or something.

Thanks. I'm feeling a bit better but still dealing with some dizziness. I completed my 20 minute run today with no problems. Could have even kept going. Woot woot! I felt great. But dizziness kicked in afterwards. I can't wait until I'm fully over this stomach bug. Week 5 conquered. Gonna get into week six Monday.

I had to take a couple of days off from running because of food poisoning. Ran this morning. Week 5 Day 2 complete. I slowed waaaayyyy down to ensure that I could finish. If I were going any slower, I would have beeen moonwalking. I felt golden after the first 8 minutes. Breathing was ON POINT! I did'nt even want to stop…

Week 4 Day 2 Complete. I'm happy to say that I am halfway through the program. Now I'm giving myself two rest days but come Monday, I'm back at it like a crack addict. Congrats to the recent 20 minute runners and graduates.

Crazy day today...I decided to try a new running app by zen labs (I normally use RunDouble). Anyways, I accidentally selected the wrong day because I was rushing to get my run in before work this morning. So, I wound up repeating Week 3 Day 3. I did not realize what I'd done untll I got to work. Then, it bothered me allll…

Nope. Never had an issue. I just take them off and loosen the strings as soon as I get inside and let them air dry. I 'm a Puma addict.

Personally, I do what I FEEL I can do. I just listen to MY body and ensure that I don't overdo it. I take 2-3 rest days a week (from running, I do other things instead).

So far, 3 of my runs were in the rain. One of them during a torrential rainstorm with flash flooding. They were my best runs to date. Me, thunder, dark clouds, massive puddles, the sound of my breathing and the pavement...I pray for the rain, lol. You will rock it.

I too suffer from the deadly jiggly butt syndrome. I have found no product able to tame this wild beast. I have accepted my fate. But on a serious note, i have tried every thing and nothing helps so i am amxiously waiting for some responses.
