I have a disgusting attachment to the scale. I rely on it a bit too much. But now that I am pretty much at my goal weight, I've started using the measuring tape more. Seeing the numbers change there (and on the size of my clothes) makes me feel way better than the scale ever did.

I actually ALWAYS sleep with a bra. I pretty much always wear a bra. I feel naked without one. I'm 22 and size 34B.

And here I thought I was the only one... For me, it's pretty bad depression and anxiety. Weight gain is always an issue for me as an increased appetite is an unfortunate side effect of my medication. However, I usually feel a bit better when I am exercising and being healthy. :) Anyone can feel free to add me.

My sister has been doing the 30 day shred for over 30 days now... and she still completely loves it. She was already decently thin, but in the 30 days she toned up quite noticeably.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is a time limit on these things. You're supposed to switch to the next machine, so I don't think you can be really mad if people are waiting on you to be done.. that's your fault not theirs.

I know that Bio Oil works really well on scars, blemishes and stretch marks. So that could help a bit.

Naw, I am the complete opposite of you. I prefer a guy who is larger than me so I can feel small in comparison.

I use Zombies, Run! I really like it because then I don't get so bored from running. As well, I found when I listened to music my pace would be really unsteady because I was too focused on the songs that were playing.

I am also 5'8. Though I haven't had knee surgery there was a while that I thought I would have to. I've dislocated my knee 3 times so I have to be very careful with the exercises that I do.
