I'm up & down stairs by 5am starting my workout as it's the only time I can fit it in. I find afterwork by the time I drive the 30 minutes home I've unwound and I'm too relax to get into workout mode. It is exciting but remember; some people are nervous to ask as they don't want to insult you, by thinking you were bigger before. Doesn't mean they don't always notice though. Great job on every pound lost whether it's 18 or 3. It's more than the couch potatoe is losing :bigsmile:
