Sounds like you have a great plan! I am fairly new to the site but i love having support of other people. Feel free to add me. I try to walk 4 miles a day which is around 60 minutes and it is amazing how much better I feel. Remember to make yourself a priority!

Lettuce - Green leaf, raw Spinach - Raw Vegetable - Slice of Red Onion Cucumber - With peel, raw Peppers - Sweet, red, raw Fruit - Plum Raw - Red Radishes Cauliflower - Raw Fruit - Cantalope Kroger - *Mild Cheddar Cheese -Shredded I try to eat a salad with every meal. :)

I know it is getting warm outside but I love soup. I freeze in bags and take to work with a fresh salad or a sandwich. I also make a large bowl of salad on Sunday nights so that we have plenty for lunches or added to our dinners.

How about fish? It's easy to cook and good for you. Ask the person working for recipes on how to cook the fish you chose. Add a nice garden fresh salad and some steamed green beans...fresh ones of course.;) Fresh strawberries and blueberries for dessert or maybe you won't need dessert. LOL
