it isn't so much my friends.... i get worried about strangers more even though i'm not obviously gay and of course, why would a lesbian be attracted to every female! sometimes uncomfortable if you see people showering naked etc - and i dont even think its them who are uncomfortable!

ok - so, fat to fit says i should have 1700 kcals a day and not move?! I have 1300-1350 at the moment and don't feel hungry... i eat what i want to eat and have good days and bad days... and still not loosing anything! I don't see 1200 as low... in fact, when I stuck to it and did minimal exercise i lost a stone easily! I try and eat 1200 a day - if i exercise i don't eat any back unless im hungry!! When i was eating 800kcals a day I stayed the same weight for 8weeks.... bumped it up to 1300 for a week and lost 3lbs!! Its good to go up and down, if you have a down day - the next day have an up day and visa versa! this keeps your body on…

Hi Jay People will say YES. That your net calories should be 1200.... To me it makes no sense because you're burning calories for a reason..... TO LOOSE WEIGHT - Why then eat that back? I'd be interested to know the science behind it too!

I'm rubbish at advice - but I would say that you need to make sure your net is 1200 at least.... also try to eat back 50% of your calories you burn - that way you can prevent your body from being in shock & storing fats instead of burning them!
