I'm will everyone else, I'm 5'1 wanting to loose another 10-12lbs depending on the muscle I build. I started on MFP about 4 weeks ago at 122.5 and have lost 2.3lbs so far, seems to be going rather slow. It doesn't help that I am not a patient person either. I can always use support and motivation from others.

I just got my first order of the Shakeology, I did half chocolate and half greenberry. I tried the greenberry last night, I added a cup of frozen stawberries and it was difficult to drink. Not sure if it was the added strawberries or just the mix. Any suggestions on how to get through the remaining packets??

I am on day 10 of the P90X Lean version which is more cardio. Need to drop about 15 pounds, definatly feel the results in my muscles but not dropping any pounds yet. Trying to stay motivated, I get frustrated easy when I don't see the scale move though.
