Nope not at all! I actually think the ability to display that kind of discipline in the kitchen, helps tremendously in keeping consistent in every other aspect of your life (or mine anyway). Obviously it takes a certain level of self-discipline to obtain results you want and in my case I have a very "all the way or nothing…
