When you calorie intake is lowered to a certain point for an elongated time, you tend to plateau due to you metabolism slowing down, by binging you may have given it a bit of a kick

It could be the start of something, if you had a real issue your calorie intake would be much smaller and you will have a feat of fatty foods like bacon etc etc

ifr i skip breakfast im not hungry until the evening!! its good :)

The ketones with green tea extract have helped me a lot... i was on ECA stacks but it messed with my sleeping... the ketones and green tea extract don't make you buzzy, but suppresses apatite and i feel a little more energised than usual... ill say give them a go... worth it!!

I've been using e cigarettes.... they are really good... i tend to eat if i want a cig... so its a good change and they go down in strength... 5 of my friends have quit with these... also keep yourself busy as not to think about smoking or eating.

I tend to stay away from potatoes due to calorie content.... but sometimes i treat myself to a small one with cottage cheese.... cottage cheese is super low cal and fat and is a good filler!!!
