Although I have never been "sporty" I've made a serious commitment to rowing and lifting over the past two months and I absolutely love it! I'm currently working on a PhD in history and would love a few more friends on here! Sending a request!

I find friends to be the biggest motivator. Nothing makes me want to push through a workout more than seeing a wall full of successful "calories burned" logs. Feel free to add me! :)

I have similar goals and have been looking to add to my friends list! Have you tried rowing? I recently purchased a Concept2 for my home gym and it's my absolute favorite form of cardio! Not harsh on the knees at all, and it really gets every muscle involved. Good luck :)
