I log everything I do in my sportswear. That means... I log my workouts like elliptical trainer, gym, or Insanity. Nothing else. Even my walks with the dog are part of my daily life. I don't wear my sport clothes, so I don't log them. ;)

After my first week of Insanity I have 2lbs more than last week! I did not change my eating, I just added Insanity. I didn't gain weight since months, but losing continuosly... ... and I am still on my way to my goal weight... so I am actually a bit worried about that weight gaining....

No gym here. I bought an elliptical trainer, and used it every single day since January 2012. Of course I was eating with a calorie deficit as well. I lost about 50 lbs so far. Now I want to get in shape and lose the last 10 lbs... I started Insanity yesterday.

I was in Iceland last year and felt in love with its great landscape, the friendly people, the land of fire and ice. One of the wonderful birds you can meet there is the puffin. And lundi ist the iclandic word for the puffin.

thank you for help. seems that a heart rate monitor is the only possibility. But I don't have one. :blushing: So... I am going to order such a monitor.

when I started with my workouts I thought, I could be nice, to do it at 5.00 am, than taking a shower wake the kids, having breakfast and go to work. It didn't work, because I like sleeping in the morning too much. I never got up that early. So I do my workout in the evening when everything else is done. That works for me.

haha, my first thought was like yours... :tongue: But seriously... I have a dog as well and she is a good reason to go out walking. But she has to do something to raise her fitness... she is slower than I am. ;)

Don't give up! I needed six weeks to see the first results... After four weeks I was about giving up, when I suddenly noticed, that I could tighten my belt... two weeks later my weight loss started. I lost about 55 lbs in six months... So... stay on track... you will have success!

I am a teacher and I teach cursive writing as well. The kids start in grade 2 with it. But I live in Germany and it is a bit different here. The newest thing here is, that they will stop teaching cursive writing, They say, the kids have enough other things to learn and don't need to spend any time or energy on this cursive…
