Hi there, I found this link of recipes by the kangaroo farmers council or something. They have tonnes of recipes. Knowing kangaroo meat is quite lean, and high in protein, all these recipes should be pretty good for you. It's not as funny as sacrifice a chicken, but much more clinical. You're fine. :) Me? I always get up, use the facilities, take off my clothes in preparation for a shower, pray my daughter stays asleep just a few more seconds, and weigh myself. Have shower, get dressed and start my day. *Sacrifice a chicken - Mwa ha ha ha!*

Thanks for this advice. I did 20 minutes of cardio, basic punching, a couple of squats, kicking etc. plus 4 push ups and 20 sit ups. I tried the normal push ups. Couldn't do one. I tried the girly pish ups. I did about two, but only dropped half way to the floor, so technically did none. I reseorted to doing the wall pushups, because I have absolutely no upper body strength. I did about ten of those. My plan is to get the technique down correctly first.…
