I was told not to worry about my sugars when they come from healthy sources (fruits and the like). I've pretty much ignored them since my first week on MFP and have had no trouble losing weight. I worry about my sugars if I eat crap like candy and processed foods. Otherwise, I just excluded them from my food diary.

From what I've heard, allergies can come up out of nowhere at any time in a person's life.

Some days I have two big meals, other days I snack throughout the whole damn day.. I try to not restrict myself. If I feel like eating, I eat. If I don't feel like eating, I won't. I'll just make up for it by eating more at dinner when I'm actually hungry.

Maybe the lighting AND I'm really pale? But you know I won't EVER go back to tanning beds? :(
