I haven't posted in a couple of weeks so I'm glad to be back. We went on a 10-day vacation and got back Friday. Weighing in at 213.8. I didn't get to work out at all while on vacation, we were visiting family. Back on the horse this week though, logging food, drinking water and working out :)

Hello pin-ups! I'm looking forward to the next 10 weeks, I plan to lose 10 pounds. I need to stick with logging all my food/drinks and working out at least 5x a week. That seems to be the only thing that is getting the weight off. Good luck to everyone!

My goals for this week are: Work out as much as I can at home since I can't go to the gym..damn pink eye Drink more water. Since I'm not at work anymore I find it hard to get all my water in.
